Hello, This happen if you have for example a Bit (M10.0) programmed only in FC1. And in FC2, you put a NC or NO contact of M10.0. Then go to FC1, and right click on the bit M10.0, hit Go to, It will not work. Thus because you did not saved FC2 yet. If you saved FC2, or closed the project with saving all blocks it will work. Normally The cross reference works with the last saved version of your project. If you still need to re-install Step 7 due to any other problems or errors, first please follow instructions here: How do you uninstall STEP 7 completely, including all the software packages?Hope this helps. |
