Normally, the WP321 module supply the load cells wit 5 VDC.
The voltage increases up to 10-12 VDC, when the SEN-voltage is too less.
Therefore check the “SEN+” and “SEN-“ wires, please.
Between “SEN+” and “SEN-“ you have to measure approximately the same voltage as between “EXC+” and “EXC-“.

That means that the WP31 module is in error.
(OK, but we know that already!)

Well, do the following test, please:

1. Disconnect the two “SIG+” and “SIG-“ wires directly on the WP321 module.
“SIG+” and “SIG-“ are the pins 1 and 2.
2. Measure the voltage (in mVDC) between these two wires.
Take care:
- pin1 is “plus” (=“SIG+”)
- pin2 is “minus” (=“SIG-”)
The SIG-voltage has to be in the range of: -21.3 ... +21.3 mVDC.
(The SIG-voltage is the measurement signal of the load cells.)
