Can the panel also integrate with plc sim through the s7 software?

Hi could anyone tell me if because TIA has WinCC integrated can the panel also integrate with plc sim through the s7 software or is a separate WinCC runtime package required? thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
