CMR Setting value in the BM variables memory

I tried looking for this manual & understand this cannot be achieved (please advise if there is any way to achieve this). Thank you.

I tried looking for the answer in the manual/sample application document but could not find the answer to my question (but i guess from my understanding of the document that i can only send one sms for one VM address at any one time. Please advise. Thank you.
