I used the safety evaluation tool to try to calculate one SIL loop.

but for Siemens elements (like CPU, AI, DO modules for S7 1500 and S7 1500SP) I cannot found any detailed failure information such as λDD (dangerous detected failure) λDU (dangerous undetected failure) etc...

there is a place in the software or in the siemens website where I can found those information?

I already tried the CAx Download but it doesn't contain them (only the PFD, but it isn't enough).

In our business sector unfortunately people want a detailed SIL loop calculation sheet.

To provide this we need to use all detailed information for all elements from the sensor to the actuator.

I agree with you that the elements are already certified, but we need to show a supporting document to show that the complete loop is still certified. To provide this it is necessary to be displayed all datas to provide the SIF (Safety Instrumented Function) loop calculation.
