AutoGen_823735 Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 4/27/2022 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I am trying to Add Multi user Driver for PDF Printing Option through prosave software.but still now prosave software is not connected to TP900 Comfort panel.I have check all conditions like Ping IP address & Communicating with HMI through TIA Portal all are ok. what is the problem?. Siemens can't give proper response for his device.we are working for siemens but it's shame think it's all software have number of bug also the support team are not there.How can we face client due to Siemens software problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from ProSave can't connect to the HMI.
