Hello, dear Experts, I have the same issue. TP700 Comfort panel 6AV2 124-0gc01-0ax0 with original firmware 12.00.01.00_10.13. Panel was off for 6months, when i powered it on it boot up with white screen with line:

"Update of operating system and reset to factory settings initiated by the user. Please update the operating panel with reset to factory settings. Panel is waiting 10 minutes for update."

I changed IP to 192.168.0.2 with primary setup tool PST. I ping the panel and prosave recognizes it. Connection is direct cable to PC.

I tryied to update os with reset to factory settings with prosave, tryied to do it with TIA Portal, but didn't worked out. Tryied different firmware version(12,13,13.01,14,14.01) but either of them were not able to download.

I read all the manuals that are linked in similar topics of simatic forum.Pretty sure that i'm doing everything lilke described.

What could be the problem? How should i download OS update?
