First of all, be sure you are using a complete LOGO!Soft version and not a Demo version. Demo version can't comunicate with LOGO.

Second, check if you select the correct model version in LOGOSoft.

Please have in mind, that 0BA6 LOGO has different types   (ES3 etc.)

Did you try them all?

In your first screenshot I can see you want connect the LOGO! trough LOGO! cable. That's correct by 0BA6. But I didn't see that you have select a com interface e.g. COM1.

Have you install the driver for usb LOGO! cable?

Or have you a real COM interface and use the old RS232 cable?

 YES!! the key of the problem is around that because when I try to connect the LOGO!Soft doesn't show me any com port options to choose from.
