The ...-0AX0 and ...0AX1 Panels are TP1500 Comfort but a different Hardware Version.

So they are not compatible. A Backup of one of the Panels V1 cannot be transfered to a V2 Panel.

The only Option is to use the HMI Project in TIA Portal of the V1 Panel and change it in TIA Portal in a V2 Panel. then you can do the Download.

 1-Why we need to change the version of the HMI in the program from V1 to V2  before download the program?

Although 0AX1 is the successor of 0AX0

2-Can download backup 0AX1 to  0AX0  same HMI type ?

3-What is the solution if the backup (.psb) by prosave software?

HI.

In the case of the TP1500 Comfort 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX0 and 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX1 the new HMI are different in terms of the internal hardware and the O.S. of the panel are different in the new panel. This is the reason you can't download a project or restore a backup of the 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX0 in the 6AV2124-0QC02-0AX1 or vice versa. 

When a panel succesor it's released if the hardware (electronic hardware), software or functionality it's different the projects or backups won't be compatible with it. There are some exceptions where the successor panel can be compatible. This only happen when it's changed some physical hardware not related to the electronic components of the panel like the case. Law forces a company when there is a change in a hardware component to change the refernece of a product. For example you change the case of the panel and you have to add a new reference. However, the new panel will be exactly like the older one so the backups and projects will be compatible.
