Could you please tell us which version of TIA Portal you are working with, whether with a panel or an RT and the OS version?

On the other hand, please check the following :

1. the validity of the HMI connection must be ok.

=> Sometimes changes in the hardware or in the network manager can make the configured HMI connection no longer valid. This can happen even if the changes are not related to the HMI.

=> Delete the HMI connection and reconfigure it. Translate the entire project and download it again.

2. the validity of the configuration or certificates for secure HMI communication must be checked.

=> "Questions and answers about the new security features in TIA Portal V17"

3- If the behavior occurs with a simulated panel or a PC Runtime, still check the PG PC interface of the computer where the simulation or Runtime is running.

=>  "Why is communication between the Runtime simulation and the S7-1200/S7-1500 not possible if the PG/PC interface is not set correctly?"
