Hello, I've a logo8 linked to a HMI KP700. I need to change the parameters of gain and offset from the HMI. bot parameters are listed in the VM mapping list from the logosoft and in the TIA tag list. I can only see the value  in a I/O field but can not change it. How can I do that? (the I/O field is set to input/output mode.

The parameters GAIN and OFFSET of an analog amplifier can only be displayed. They are not writable.
If you want to change the parameters GAIN and OFFSET by HMI, you must recreate your own analog amplifier.

It's the same problem as the logo TDE. See also this topic.

Yes, there ara a lot of Values that only can read.

In LOGOSoft  look in the HELP  ==> VM Mapping.

There you find a lot of information, Also R/W R means Read and Write So you can read the value but also change. If its only R then you only can READ the value but you van not change it.

What exactly are you want to do?
change the setpoint of a PI controller?
Or simply change a value?
