Thank you so much ixo65. It works great. I´m now trying to expand my program for temperature steps. Like this: Press I1 warms the water to 60 degrees. When reached and press I2 these steps kicks in: 60 degrees for 30 minutes 70 degrees for 30 minutes 80 degrees for 10 minutes I have done a program but I´m having troubles with steps kicking in when they are not supposed to do. I Think I can solve it but maybe I´m doing it more complicated than it is. Thanks for all help. /m AttachmentDBB Bryggverk.zip (356 Downloads) |

Excuse me, but I forgot after the simulation change the time ranges of the timers back to minutes. |

Hi again, I have now programmed my beer machine so I can set the parameters from the display. I´m using Mathematic Instructions to the different temperature steps. So when I want the first step to be 72 degrees I set the temperate I want in the display and then the values for the other heats sets automaticly to 70 and 71 degrees. It works fine but I have one problem. The mathematic instructions are not connected to outputs and I can´t transfer the program to the PLC unless the are connected. I have twelve mathematic instructions and not enough analog flags to connect to. What to do? I attach the program. / Mikael AttachmentDBB Bryggverk 2 test2.zip (329 Downloads) |
