Unfortunately, I can not download anything from Export restricted Software. The massage which I took is "if you want to apply for export-restricted downloads, please check the box at the end of the page, and then click on continue" but the box is already checked and I do not know what to do.

If you live not in Europe then contact your local Siemens Office.

please try the following: click on your name next to the login/logout button and go to "Modify personal data".




There check the box "Download of export restricted software or usage of digital products" and click on continue.

After that you will be redirected to the terms of use page and you can complete your registration request to download export restricted downloads.

I did those steps, but unfortunately, the result was the same and I was not able to download my file.

I assume you have received the following message, right?

You get this message, if you come from an embargoed country and it is therefore forbidden to download software due to export regulations. You can find more information about this here:
