Hi qwazee, I assume that the visibility of the FAQ was set to "intranet only" because it may have caused more problems than it solved. If anybody needs a complete uninstall, create a new support request. The support technicians should have the required information. Kind regards |

Hi qwazee, I think there is a small difference between unavailable and hidden entries. When I try to access the mentioned FAQ 76325723, I get the message "You are not authorized to access the entry". However, when I try to access an entry with ID 76325724, I get the message "You have tried to access an entry that is not part of our offer.". And I agree, this information can be provided in a better way. Kind regards |
