I couldn't able to read my support request once send to you.But in old type i can view once i click the my request but now it is no more .Example I did 3 request but still it shows zero.Please let me know how i've to view my service request.

Are you aware, that you are registered twice? Both accounts had created Support Requests. 

Please inform us, which account should be your main account. We would try to shift the existing support requests to this account.

in the meantime can you see the SR or what specifically can you not see? 

If it is the SR, please tell us the number of the request, when it was opened and for which product.
If you have another issue, please describe it in detail.
