Hello,

The issue i have right now is probably simple but im not very experienced and could use some guidence for this. So i have a scalanace xb 213-3 which is gateway to all other devices ob thw network. From the scalance profinet goes directly to et200. When i try to change the port the et200 dissapears from network. I try to ping it and i do recieve some packages ( lets say 2 lost to recieved) but in hw it is invisible. As soon as i change the port it becomes visible. I have checked the scalance and it doesnt have any specific configuration to it, should be the same to which port i connect. Connector was also changed and new cable inserted but the issue is still the same. I have tried to connect dirwctly to this port via proneta and can see all the network normally and there are not any interferances of ip adresses in the network. Does anyone have any suggestion or advice regarding this problem.

Tell us more about your PROFINET configuration!

• Have you configured a topology? If so, you will get an error on IO-Devices if you connect them to a different port than specified.
• What do you mean by 'When I try to change the port'? Do you mean change the configuration or connect to a different port?
• Please also let us know what software you are using for engineering.

Hello,

So the ET200 is the IM 155-6 PN ST. So according to the el. drawings that were handed to me before project profinet should go from port 10 on scalance XB213-3 to this et200. But for some reason this port is giving me problems as et200 is not visible when connected to that port on scalance. When the port on scalance is changed the et200 again becomes visible. 

For the topography its not configured right now so i have nothing connected in topography view.
