Hi, I have a problem downloading project files from this site:https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/pl/en/view/109779336 Can someone please upload the sample files, or someone from the moderation could report the problem further, surely you have a better contact with the people responsible for this problem. It seems that Siemens has temporary problems with the download servers. Start a Support Request. |

The article search feature as you are trying to do, did work for me a few days ago. But a month ago it did not work as expected. Only the personal responsible for building the site will be able to comment on that. I am not experiencing any problems. Are you registered to make downloads? It is an extra feature that you need to activate that has some registration to fill out. This is to comply with European export rules. Because of this, we (forum volunteers) should not add restricted files to this public forum or share per PM. In case you are registered.. Select another region/language than where you are from now. Then open the site https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109779336/. Try again to download the files. If you still have problems, use the "Contact" or "Support Request" links to make contact with Siemens personal. There is no guarantee that Siemens personal will react to this topic otherwise. |
