why I seen Green dashed line between IOs, dose it normal? or I should consider some settings.

Yes, it is normal, it means that there is configured PROFINET IO  system, where CPU 1511-1 PN is IO controller and IM155-6 PN ST and BL20-E-GW-EN are IO devices and your PROFINET IO system is currently highlighted.

The dashed thick green lines are ethernet communication connections like HMI connection or PLC connections. It is always shown if you select one communication connection or IO Communication between the partners. Here are a few information:
