Connection problem

I lost 3 days trying to find the solution until finally I downloaded Hardware Configuration from the Device View area (TiaPortal V15.1), then the links were kept and I could download anything from anywhere. In my case it worked. Maybe is a little bug of TiaPortal. blackedBean Joined: 2/27/2024 Last visit: 10/4/2024 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Just to add solution I had. I wasted 3 hours trying to figure out what happened. I copied a new VM and TIA wasn't able to download HW config though TIA detected the PLC ip address. I changed IP and subnet to be within the range. Changed PLC old ip address to a new one within the range using online access & set the new ip from there. Compiled HW & SW to make sure the IP changes captured. Downloaded the HW was successful, then downloaded the SW. Attachment erro1sol.JPG (387 Downloads)
