Wincc Unified V19 Multiuser Project

The server is located in a pc that is located in a different city, I have edited the system32 file, tryed using a VPN but without any success even tho I am able to ping the PC. The hard disk of multiuser server was full. After deleting data on the disk and freeing up space it worked again. Could you please check that this is not the problem? Best regards!
