Hello jeevanmark25 just some quick intial feedback about one aspect of your config that MUST be changed: You use I/O addresses 352-367 for the DP/DP coupler on the CPU 313/CP342-5 side. This means that your DP_Send and DP_Recv DB must be at least 368 Bytes long with a matching declaration of the ANY Pointers of their calls (you currently only have these areas 16 bytes long). Alternatively (and easier) change the DP/DP couplers I/O addresses to 0-15 for the 300 side which seem to be still unused in it (you can leave them as 352-367for the 400 H side, theI/O addresses to NOT have to be the same acrossthe modules that "couple" each other). Have a look too at the link below for some more tips and tricks (and pitfalls): What should you watch out for when configuring a CP342-5 as DP master? I hope this helps and please let us know what you find. |
