ALM problem

I have purchased WINCC7.0 SP2 ....All licences are available on USB stick...When i checked in PC, ALM recognises licence stick but it doesnt show any licence available on it...I have checked the same stick on my own laptop..In my , ALM shows all licences available..I tried with my own USB stick also..But result is same.. I tried with reinstalling ALM...But it doesnt make any difference..
