Since a few months I only have time on Friday and now I experience some problems………because I do not know witch question is answered to the full satisfaction of the person who has ask the question.So maybe you can make something extra’s in the forum so the person asking a question can mark the question “answered” .Just an idea. Not knowing what the advantages and disadvantages are and the technical problems.Thanks in advance, Jaap

If it will be released, you will be informed about it. What are others thinking about the cooperativeness of the users? Will they mark there questions as answered? Often I realize, that threads which already got an answer got another one. And the second is the "better" one. Are others interested in this feature too? I'm interested in all your feedback! I also see that even when a question is answered, there is sometimes no reply with "thank you" or a rating soif users will mark the posting with"answered"???? I think sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Maybe other moderators (of other forums) have experiance with such a mark? Thnks, Jaap

That tool would help us at find out if a question has been answered, and that could be used by the experts to know when a user still needs help, and it would also provide statistical data. However, all of that data would be useless unless ALL users used the tool.... On the other hand, people who have little time could focus their time in unanswered topics... But still there's the chance that some people will not read the question once it's marked as answered, and useful information may be lost... I think the purpose of a forum is getting as many answers as possible... and this could get some users no to give some threads any time... Well... guess we gotta give it some extra thought then! Try to find the good and bad stuff about that, and figure out to what extent it could get in our way, and to what extent it could improve the forum... Best regards, Danielle
