In TP generate pulse what is elapses time and how to tag this give ex

 How do you define a timer? You need to set some setpoint for the Timer right? How do you know, how much second or minuter had been run by the timer currently? The actual time run by the timer is called elapsed time. Once the current (elapsed) time reaches the setpoint. there are many videos out there in youtube to see how timer works. You can watch that as well to better understand the timer.

Btw, are you a student? Professional or someone completely new with Automation? Are you working with any automation products now?

And your Subject is related to PLC and this conference is for HMI Section. So you should ask these questions in STEP 7(TIA Portal) section to get more answers. Btw, if you want from scratch, you should try to learn something or get some training rather than expecting this forum to train you each and everything.
