I used to be able to see AND OPEN all of my old cases. I could see what I typed and what was typed by the customer services representative to close my case. This allowed me to quickly remind myself how a question was resolved in the past. With the new design, I am unable to open most of my cases. All I can see is the case description. Please give us back the ability to view the content of our old cases! At least what we typed! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
