Hi Mr. Georg,

We have registered our requirement to product team through local Siemens sales partner in first week of May 2019 (R2H tool) as suggested by you.

But still we have not received positive response from them. Local sales partner gives us the information that he has not  received any update from product team.

How much tentative time it takes to fulfill the requirement after registration by R2H tool?
