When trying to find the panel getting the message "No accessible device found in selected network"

sayava Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, When the power is turned on, the panel displays - Please see attached image I tried to boot the OS through Simatic ProSave. I tried various interfaces Ethernet, USB. When trying to find the panel, the messages "No accessible device found in selected network" and "Scan completed. 0 compatible device of 0 accessible devices found ". Please advice. See the following link: How do you do an operating system update on operator panels or perform a "Reset to factory settings"? Use Ethernet to perform this OS update. Be sure your PC is able to search for MAC Addresses! This can be blocked by virusscanner or Firewall. Best regards, Wizard

sayava Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have read the manual (Resetting the Operating System to the Factory Settings via Ethernet Connection). Even I can't establish communication (Ethernet) with Laptop.The HMI Operator panel is newly received (as a spare). Operator panel touch screen does not react at all. I could connect HMI hardly after 2hrs trial error method and finally with other interface. For eg: I have changed ethernet to MPI interface for connecting HMI to PG. Also ensure Transfer settings in control panel and address are ok. Also ensure laptop ip address/DHCP and PG/PC Settings.
