Logging to memory card

Can both simultanuously log on the memory card we will insert? Does that also account for a USB-stick (in spite of memory card)?

Hi DavidBrown, You can simultaneously use \Storage Card SD\ or \Storage Card USB\. to store Historical Data like Data log,Alarm Log and Audit trial file. I will suggest you to use Siemens SD card over USB card. You can download files from HMI SD card without removing it from HMI using HMI web server Link Br, AmolG.

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 11/15/2024 Posts: 14176 Rating: (1774)	Hello if you work with important data like Audit then I would use Siemens SD Card because it has a special Data format on the Card that prevents Data loss in case of Power interrupt. LINK You can use up to 50 logs parallel, its not important if its a Audit trail or a alarm or Data logging. Bye Murof
