I have been playing around logging to the SQLite database on the panel, but after I did some changes an download a new verison the Runtime won't run. Now I'm unable to download any  runtime, old or new. I wanted to do a factory reset but  the manual says I need the firmware master file (.fwf). I can't find it on the computer or online. Can anyone help with locating it, the product detail are in the uploaded image?

The panel has now been Factory Reset but there was a few hurdels.

You need to donwload the Firmware Package for the Unified Panels:

Then you should be able to follow the manual to do a factory reset.

But in my case the panel had no IP address when it booted in maintanance mode. You can't set the IP address from TIA portal, so you need Siamtic Manager to set the IP address:

Before you try setting the IP address make sure the PG/PC interface is configured with the right interace.
