Hi all

I'm currently working on a TP1200 where we are having the same issue.

We have an equipment where the supplier have made it possible for the HMI panel to make both print and PDF at the same time.

They have done this by making a PDF.exe and PCL_Laser.exe file on /flash. They then have made a script where they call the PDF.exe and the PCL_Laser.exe and it works. We are getting both a physical print and a pdf of the batch report.

My issue is that this is made in V13 Sp1 Up3 and after a update to V13 Sp1 Up9 it doesn't work anymore.

Have any of you gotten any further with this issue and is there any one who can help?

I would do a Reset to factory settings of the Panel and then load and configurre the Panel again and look if then the functions work again.

I have tried to update to the new version from the old and tried to do a factory reset without any success.

The problem is not with the working version but with the updated one, so the solution with an factory reset is not the solution.

I think that the exe file has to be made for the new version, but has any one tried to do that. Has anyone tried to get the HMI panel to do both physical print and PDF at the same time?
