I'm also getting same issue with winch 7.4 sp1.

Through CPU it's working fine via cp 343-1 take 10-15 sec delay.

Can any one support.

I've a system which consists of one PLC and external PC with SQL database. My PLC is Simatic S7-300 CPU319. There are 3 DIO modules and CP343 on the backplane with CPU. I need to exchange data (17,2kB) between external SQL database and this PLC via separate CP343 card. I use Kepware OPC server to connect to the PLC. Everything is working fine but connection speed via CP343 causes that time of data exchange is about 25-30 seconds even when I set reserve for communication load to 50% in the CPU. When I connect PC directly to the CPU (not CP343) this time is about 4-5 seconds. I know that CP343 is connected to the CPU via backplane and speed of the backplane communication is 187,5 kbit/s and this is the main problem. Are there any other parameters that I can modify to improve communication via CP343? This SQL database must be connected to CP343 because to there is another network connected to the CPU.

187,5kbit/s = 23,5 kB/s so I think that my amount of data (17,2kB) should be sent faster even with additional Ethernet frame bytes and additional modules on the backplane.

Any tips, or there is nothing I can do?
