an which bsod? what is the stopcode or reported in the minidump?

 i am have issue with ipc677d.its in blue screen after power up.i check with lan cable,found the communication ok.i connected then a external monitor it also showing blue screen ,no error message.but i am still able to enter into safe mode and see the  files.what can be the issue?

my ipc panel screen  is in white colour after start up.i check the led its green.i connected lan cable with my pc to panel,its also talking.hence i found out no problem with hardisk.I tried connecting external monitor.i was able to see all starting screen and was able to go to bios.but after the windows logo appearing,the exteranl monitor is stuck in blue screen.i waited for long hours but no change,then i disconnected the cable connected to D-SUB port in the panel(which is giving power to led display i suppose),after that i was able to see the external monitor.I can see the programmes scada everything.but if i reconnect the dsub again same problem happens.What is causing the issue LED display is bad? should we change it but the touch is working though,thats why iam confused.Is there any other settings?...........

Now my problem gotten worse.From frying pan to fire!!.I changed one disply setting inside bios settings where,i selected displat to only internal display from Auto.now i am not able to see the booting screen from external monitor.after that for resetting bios i  unplugged the cmoss battery .after that nothing is showing in both external and internal display, how  to reset to previous state,can i reset the bios by any other way.
