Dear all, In about half year time I got back damaged lean module. Both now and before it behaves in the same way. First I will describe the situation after power on, I added some pic and diagnostic buffer to make my description more clear. After power on the cpu and the lean module stay STOP mode and SF LED is continously on (you can see attachement). I cannot communicate with stationwith ethernet neitherport1 nor port2.After checking hardware online (usb adapter with cpu)I recive information that the CPU is in STOP and Lean module is available and ok (also you can check in attachement). For my suprise the diagnostic buffer of CPU says: Event 3 of 107: Event ID 16# 6547
When I take out lean CP, no other software configuration is made, the cpu goes RUN with typical information that CP is configured but not present online. What may be the reason of such behaviour? I came with three possibilites damaging lean: 1. overvoltage on supply, 2. overvoltage on PN port, 3. overvoltage on U bridge from CPU I belive that overvoltage on supply is not possible because it is well protected and what is more other components should fry too. Overvoltage on PN should rather destroy PN port but not the CP module I have very basic knowladge of U-bridge CPU-lean and don't know if it is possible to destroy CP that way. Have You ever had such problem? What is Your opinion to check or replace to avoid damaging another CP (I dont have CPU handy)? best regards AttachmentLean.zip (226 Downloads) |

Is the CP connected to the network when you restart the system? Do you have in CPU errors OBs? |

CP is next to CPU. U-bridge replaced. Another step was to check with different CPU and everything was the same. |
