KCD Bronze Member Joined: 10/5/2016 Last visit: 9/12/2022 Posts: 236 Rating: (7)	VB script action is working well in the event of object, but when put it into the Global Action it doesn't work at all. Global Script is activated in the Explorer -> Computer. I use WinCC 7.0 SP3. GMC Runtime writes Failure when I trigger bit by which I run this script. Could be a reference in your script that is working when running the script as an event on an object itself but not when running this as global action? Without sharing your script, it's hard to see what can be wrong.

An other point is the using of "ActiveScreen". This works only, if the picture, where the script is located, has really the focus. You execute a Global Action with releation to picture objects ?
