There I had upload screens of Online&Diagnostic from HMI_1 to check if sth is wrong: --Deleted Link--

The only one thing made me think that is if I change the MAC adress of the device it will be replaced by zeros after any action, even switching subcard to different one and going back to this one.

About other version of project:

the only difference is ticked "use router" but I have checked without it and the problem still exist.

I had this problem been now a moment. At first my HMI work like a charm, but in some point the header error occurred. And would leave in any way.

I have tried to extended download and extended go online. Somehow the plc is not connecting to hmi. 

HMI will find the plc via setting (directly screen menu). I can download to HMI the latest program from tia portal. Both are in same subnet and different ip address. 

S7-1200, KTP900 Basic (14.00.01)
TIA-portal 14 sp1

I was tried with new project also, but same problem there.

I am expecting a problem with warning like written in topic when going online with my PLC:

"Going online: the HW configuration of the HMI_RT_1 was changed but it was not compiled and loaded yet. The shown diagnostics is possibly inconsistent or wrong."

The problem was found when HMI started to say: 

"No diagnostics data available because the current online configuration differs from the offline configuration data."

in device view.

I want to solve it and make it work without warnings but internet knowledge about this problem didn't help me yet.

I tried to compile entire HW, SW, download all again but the problem still exist and can't figure what could be wrong. 

Devices are working in topology as shown in the additional attachement.

I would be grateful for help to solve this. If any additional informations are needed please let me know, I will do my best. I have also attached an image with problematic errors shown.

- Operating System: Windows 10 PRO 64x, compilation number 16299

- TIA Version : V14 

- Hardware Modules numbers :

I had the same problem today, it happened after I change the "Style of the HMI device" in the Runtime settings to Fresh. the problem solved by putting it back to as it was. 

so I guess you made some change in your project in the run time settings and now even if you do a new project , it still has the same old settings . 

my suggestion is to put everything to the default and see what you will get.

hello everybody i have a problème when i want to go online the following message shown. and the IHM still not compaible. if you have a solution please help me i try since friday.

 Why would you even need to go online to a Basic panel? If i recall right, it's not even possible.

If you have problems with the HMI version, not being the same, change it in the HW config.

A HMI Panel do not have a online diagnostic interface, so you will not have any usable functionality going online to a HMI.

It would also block your common download to the Panel if you run online functins.

You should use extended Download to device, if this works and the communication to PLc also then everything is OK, you do not need to go onine.

I faced the same problem and solved it.

KTP700 Basic Version: 15.01.00 TIA Portal: V18

When I tried to upload the software to the HMI, I encountered the 'There is no WinCC image' error.

I changed the version of the HMI to 15 in TIA Portal, and even modified the hardware configuration of the HMI, but this time "hw configration of the hmi was changed...." error came. I tried various solutions, but none of them were helpful.

Finally, I downloaded the WinCC images and installed them. I upgraded the HMI firmware version from 15 to 17. As a result, the problem was resolved.
