You need Protool, WinCC Flexible SP2 and WinCC TIA Portal directly from Protool to WinCC Tia Portal is not possible. So OP27 ---> OP277 ---> KP 700 but read below:

Thanks for your reply.  If i will download WinCC Flexible SP3 instead of sp2 then Protool comes with this pack or i have to download it separately?SP3 have any restriction for complete the task?

protool is a seperate SW Package and must be seperatly downloaded.

Actual no links exists for a download here in the customer support, because this package is phased out .

But you don't have the Protool already on you system?
Do you have the Protool Engineering project of the OP27 Panel?

If no then you have a little problem that the Upload of a HMI is not possible so you have no project for the migration.

Hello,

no prosave is another tool which you can use to backup/restore the Panel Data.

This data can't be opened in Protool/WinCCflexible/TIA, the data can only be used with Prosave on the same Paneltypes (Backup from OP27 and restore to OP27 for example).
