Hi all!

Once again, a weird program. When I compile my program I get no errors, but when I try to download I get a inconsistent safety program error. See attachment.

This is my first F CPU under TIA, am I missing something obvious?

I did that about half a million times, but it didn't work. :)

Problem was one block that contained several instances of F-TON timer. After a day of swearing a deleting, I recreated all the instances and it finally worked. very frustrating!

I've ran into the same error status after adding some code in the Cyclic interrupt block.

My solution was to Clean up System generated objects,

Found in Safety administration, Settings, 'Clean up' button

I have the same problem. 

Removing all FB blocks from the STEP 7 Safety folder and recompiling the safety program helped

Yeah ... I had the same terrible problem !! NIGHTMARE - couldnt load the user program . 

My solution was to delete the F D/I modules ... bring them back in & then as aforementioned do a full recompile of the hardware - n then download !! 

I watched a Siemens U-Tube tutorial on S7 1200F .. Looked like a breeze !!! 

They dont tell you what you REALLY need to know !! 

Has taken me all bloody day to get one e-stop button ( input ) and one contactor ( output ) working !! 

I love Siemens kit - But sometimes you have to learn the hard way !!

I faced that problem but solved that using fcl software Which is a software to config gsd fail safe module. [snip]
