HI guys

i have a problem downloading a project on OP77B panel

i am using wincc flexible 2008, MPI cable

i put the remote on in the setting of the channel

the screen is in transfer mode

the station address is the same in the project and in the panel

did i miss something ?

Please be precise: what cable (part number) are you using to connect from the programming PC, and what interface on the HMI panel do you connect to?

Have you placed the panel in transfer mode before attempting the download?

What happens when you attemp the download, any error messages on the PC or the panel?

OP77B Panel 6AV6 641-0CA01-0AX0

yes i placed the panel in transfer mode

i set the settings of the panel for the MPI address

i am sure i set everything correctly

but when i try to transfer an error message shows up (cant establish connection check your cables,interface....)

in my project the version of the device is v7-2-1-0

but my panel version is v7-2-3-0

how i can add this version?
