MP377 12" touch factory reset

AMEN Regular Member Joined: 1/11/2014 Last visit: 9/11/2024 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello Experts, I have a problem, I was recently updating the OS from Wincc flex Sp2 to Sp3 when i had an power failure in a MP 377 12" touch panel. The image of the OS got corrupted and the screen gives me this error. No image found Waiting for image update. I referred to plenty of forums available on such errors but it simply does not help me, and the faulty MP377 sits on my table with great pride smiling at me. I tried for a factory reset via prosave but it is asking for IP address in the general Tab. Niether i have the IP nor do I have the computer name for the MP377. I try to connect with Mac Address, but in vain I have also tried for assigning an IP address through EDIT ETHERNET NODE option in step 7, but it fails to recognise the mac address. PLease help me to revive the screen.

In ProSave you have to write a guilty IP Adress in the correct IP Segment of your Computer. Prosave do only need this information but the OS Update with factory reset works on MAC Adress ISO Communication. When the FAQ doesn´t work you can also try to switch the Panels Power off and wait a few minutes so that the Capacitence is gone and then try again. Good luck Bye Murof
