I have the same problem of opening a wincc project.The project was last opened with wincc felxible 2008(B 1.4 SP 1.0 (1.17.3)).My wincc flexible software version is 2008 SP3 Upd7

Can you please suggest me any advice how can i open this project???

As mnessages states, you have to use WinCC flexible 2008.
2008 without SPs , only pure 2008 version.


Unfortunately, I have no 2008, there is no 2008 provided by download.
You must contact your local Siemens dealer and ask for a free-of-charge version of WinCC flexible 2008.

It's not working in WinCC flexible 2008 sp3.

please suggest an alternate option for the same.
