I have a problem with a Simatic Panel IPC477D (with Windows 7)

I upgrade the runtime version from SP3 to SP5 (to be able to modificate with WINCC flex 2008 SP5). The transfert of the project was done, but no communication with the CPU 317.

I can ping the CPU from the panel. I see old topic, so i install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable", but it is the same.

I don't see any error, i just have no communication.

Maybe can somebody help me ?

did you upgrade to SP5 on your engineering system only or on the runtime system, too?

Yes, I upgrade the runtime to SP5 on the IPC.

The program was convert to SP5 by the the first PLC programmer of the machine, and he send me the result.

On my PG/PC, i have WinCC flex 2008 SP5 installed.

I re-install WinCC flex runtime SP3, i transfert the program in SP3 with an other PG-PC (of an other maintenance service) , but i have the same problem

I find the interface PG/PC and modify the communication setting, it works.

I have difficult for finding this, it doesn't appear on the control panel...

Next days, i will try to upgrade in SP5.

I will tell you if it's OK or not.
