I need a question for you. We need a problem for buying s7 1500 plcs. Because we can't find them anywhere and we have to wait 30-40 weeks for getting them. So we need a solution and we think maybe we can use a normal pc like s7 1500 plc.

I searched this a little bit, i tink i can use winac rtx for this but it supports only s7 300/400 plcs i guess. Can you give me a solution or information about this? Can i use a normal pc like a s7 1500 plc? Because we need plcs and we have a problem about getting them because of chip crisis.

you can't not really.

For S7-1500 there are some Soft PLC available (1507S/ 1508S) but for this you need a SIMATIC IPC and can't install it on a normal standard PC System
