In Prosave, which component do i choose? Because i see only Siemens products and no Runtime on PC station. 

How do i export it as a CSV file?

CSV File will be generated with runtime function "Export recipe"
You have to create a button in WinCCflexible.

Perhaps, this button is already there?
(Usually, you use the Export - function to save and load recipes)

Right, ProSave is not possible with PC Station..

 Sir, i canot take backup of recipe so every time i make new ghost image in new hard disk.so please give most usable solution...
