Hello.

Review the attachment.
Select the HSC number and mode of operation which suits your application.
Take care that HSC3 can only handle mode = 0.

For example x4 high speed counters are possible in mode = 9 ..
HSC0, HSC1, HSC2 and HSC4 (using CPU224).
