I would like to see the eletrical connection diagram for this device 7mh4710-5ba the manual is not downloadable on siemens website. I can only download the safety instructions…

Bear in mind the first half of the manual is in German, the second is in English. I think you are probably interested in Fig. 2.3 on page 28, or 2.4 and 2.5 on pages 30 and 31.
