Hello, 

I found that but it's different library "DBLIB7.dll" and I have problem with "DPLIB.dll".

Unfortunately I had to reinstall Windows and start over all installations :/

I hope that now it will work properly.

Once again I occured this problem on different machine.

To solve this without reinstalling windows i made those steps:

1. Uninstall Step7:

   • Uninstall STEP 7 Professional.
   • Ensure you remove all remnants of the program from the %programdata% and %appdata% folders.

2. Repair System Files:

   • Run Command Prompt as an administrator and typesfc /scannowto launch the System File Checker tool, which will repair any corrupted system files.
3. Reinstall program

In my case that solution solved issue, so i leave it here for future.
