Denigo CC disconnected every 30 minutes and and the program closes. In the Desigo SMC project, when disconnected, the project is restarted.  Project status change to Running incomlete (Yellow and not animated)  and all services are reinitialized. For the next half hour the status turns green again.

Can anyone help with this problem or have encountered the same problem before?

try to open traceviewer and then make a stop and start project and look if there is some license problem.

I had the same problem once and it was due to it not reading the license correctly.

another option is to check via LMU --> menu --> about --> details if the ALM and ALM plugin entries read the version correctly or if instead they are N/A

Stop the CC Project

Uninstall ALM

Uninstall LMU

Reboot

Install ALM

Install LMU
