It's been a while, I noticed that I lose the synoptic on my Desigo CC.

After a small diagnostic, i remark that i get issue with engineering licence ( please see attachment picture).

Now, what is the procedure to get a new licence et how to install it.

Hello,

Your GMS engineering license have expired. They are always valid for just one year. You have to purchase a new one that will also be valid for one year. 

Afterwards you activate this licesne in LMU using "Dongle Activation" method.
