Problems with Simatic Manager Step7 V5.7 + SP3

Here is the list of software I have installed: (see attached image 01) But when I open backups that previously opened without error, now the following message appears: (see attached image 02) And when I open any SIMATIC Station, the following message appears: (see attached image 03 ) I can't do any hardware downloads and I can't see the accessible nodes, and this is very worrying for me.
