Dear sir,

I have a HMI Touch panel TP177A(6AV6 642-0AA11-0AX1) Connected with CPU 315-2DP over MPI.

I don't have its original back up so i made  a program in wincc flexible 2008 SP5 and tried to download it in HMI. During download wincc flexible asked to upgrade program so i click yes and also asked to update OS .Before OS update i have taken existing HMI program in .psb format by prosave.

After that  i started OS update and after some time OS update completed HMI start booting as attached img. But after booting control panel ,transfer and start screen not coming only blue screen is coming i also try for power recycle but problem still exist. I am using programming cable USB PC adaptor 2.0 

Now when i try to update OS or transfer project/restore project but no connection error is coming.

I don't have RS232 PPI cable to format the HMI is there any other way to get out of this problem????

And why this problem comes even if i have done OS update correctly and upgradation the program was also successful ???
